As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis is headed back to court. A readiness hearing in the rocker's murder-for-hire case is scheduled to take place today near San Diego.
Lambesis was arrested last month for allegedly trying to hire a hit man to kill his estranged wife. He has since pleaded not guilty to the charge and posted bail.
Lambesis' legal issues have forced As I Lay Dying to cancel all of their touring plans, including their spot on Killswitch Engage's current trek. However, one of Lambesis' side projects - Austrian Death Machine - has announced that they will be moving forward as planned.
The group explained in a Facebook post earlier this month that Lambesis had already recorded his vocals for their third album before his arrest, and they're currently working to finish Triple Brutal as soon as possible.
