Lamb of God guitarist Mark Morton is on the sidelines for the start of the band's European tour.

Frontman Randy Blythe told the crowd at Monday's opening gig in Austria that Morton is at home due to a "family emergency."  He also introduced Between the Buried and Me guitarist Paul Waggoner, who will be filling in for Morton.

The band hasn't said when Morton might return, although their current outing is only scheduled to last through January 25th.
